Summary

This was a very fun Project where Sam Chamberlain and I learned how to make some awesome dishes.  There is no way that we would have learned how to do this otherwise, and I am glad that we also got to teach the class.  I am happy that we did this project, and it was an enjoyable experience.

Outline

Outline
Saturday

  • We went to Whole Foods and bought all of our ingredients.
  • Came to Sam Friedman's house to start making the Deviled Eggs.
  • We hard boiled 18 eggs and then peeled them.
  • Sam Friedman messed up 3.
  • We cut each egg in half and then popped out the yoke.
  • We then put a mixture of mustard, sour cream, and the egg yokes into each egg white hole.
  • Then we sprinkled Jalapenos on top of the eggs.
  • Then we worked on our blog and presentation.
  • We then put those in my fridge and Sammy went home.
Sunday
  • Sammy came back to my house to work on the Potato salad.
  • We cut up the potatoes and then started to steam them.
  • Then we chopped up celery and onion and added it to the already steamed potatoes.
  • Then we mixed in mustard, sour cream, and chives.
  • After that, we finished our presentation and our blog.
We are working on the potato salad today. We don't really know how to make a good potato salad, but Sam's mom is a cooking genius.
Now we are doing the potato Salad.  There are a lot of potatoes here that we have to cut.  Hopefully this will be pretty good because my mom is a potato salad expert.
